I'm going to take a slightly different tack here and suggest you don't even try it. I understand from another post that you are doing well with your wheatgrass. I think you should stick with it.
As you read more on the net, you will find that there are far more similarities in the grasses than there are differences. You are not likely to add any benefit with barley that you won't obtain with wheatgrass. The other thing you will find is that barley juice (in my opinion) does not taste nice.
So my thought is basically, stick with the wheatgrass and invest your time in other fruits, vegetables or even relaxing activities.
